Renee Matthews is a senior real estate advisor. She has a combined total of 10 years of residential real estate primarily in new construction, relocation and 6 years mortgage industry experience ranging from origination, closing and underwriting.

Renee began her real estate career with semi-custom luxury builder Ashton Woods where she independently managed sales at a masterplan resort-style community named Waterset in Tampa, Florida. After Renee closed out Waterset, she became a general real estate agent.

Renee joined Village Realty Midtown to take her real estate career to the next level. She wholeheartedly believes in quality over quantity. She was impressed by the close-knit office environment. Renee has always helped clients with the heart of a servant and believes in building lifelong relationships. She cares about their wealth management and wants to ensure all her clients make the best real estate decisions for their families whether short or long-term. Her residential clients praise her negotiation skills, responsiveness, and local expertise.

Renee graduated from Kennesaw State University with a B.S. in Sociology. She has lived in Georgia since 2007. She enjoys traveling, live music, working on her golf swing, tennis, hiking, cooking for family and friends, and health/wellness. She considers herself an eclectic-creative type who loves experiences, new activities, and adventures. She is naturally an ambivert who equally enjoys people and tasks.
