Among the characteristics that define the real estate consumer’s needs, generation has become key. It’s so important that the National Association of Realtors conducts a survey every year of its consumers and breaks the answers down into Generational Trends. This course will use that survey to uncover the best forms of serving each generation to achieve more successful real estate transactions. Students will understand what factors define each generation, leading to what their motivations in real estate are, and what they want from their home and their real estate agent. They will also discover how best to communicate with each segment to ensure mutual understanding throughout the process, thereby increasing the probability of a successful outcome.
