The best time to post on Instagram is Mondays and Thursdays, 2 a.m., 8-9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Aside from peak times, post content more during off-work hours than during the workday.
Pinterest is a great platform to push traffic to your website. The best time to post on Pinterest is Saturdays and Sundays 8-11p.m.
