Agents, the hard part is over. You have just finished selling your client their dream home and you officially crushed it as an agent. You have bonded with your clients over the past few months and you want to not only show them how much you’ve enjoyed being their agent, but also leave a lasting impression so they will refer you to their friends and family. Time to seal the deal. Give your client a closing gift! These are super simple and inexpensive, but will go miles with your client. You should think of these as more of housewarming gifts not “here is a frame with my face and advertising information on it”. If you make the gift more about you it will come off not genuine.
