Right when Halloween comes to an end, the holiday craze takes over. Every commercial, billboard, ad and social media post you see or hear is holiday related.  

Every company is taking advantage of this season and throwing out marketing campaigns left and right. Why shouldn’t you do the same?

Except, instead of adding holiday “noise” to the campaign chaos take a different approach and be intentional with your Realtor marketing. Check out these five marketing ideas:

This a classic and inexpensive way to remind your clients that you appreciate them.  A handwritten note always goes a long way.

‘Tis the Season to Give Back

Host a toy drive or donation station for a local charity. Showing your clients that you are involved in the community and are taking the extra time to give back will ensure they think of you next time they need an agent.

Videos

Wish everyone happy holidays in a video you can share with clients via social media. This doesn’t have to be cheesy but a great opportunity to reach a lot of people.

Gift ideas:

  • Cookie dough & cookie cutters

Host Neighborhood Social Events

Holiday parties bring a big crowd (of potential clients) together. Celebrate the season with food and drinks and get your name out there! The more the merrier.  And remember, the best way to market yourself- be kind. People will remember you if you are kind, honest, and helpful.
