As Managing Broker, Christian is responsible for the daily happiness of our Realtors. With that in mind, she has a laser focus mission: helping her agents grow, nurturing their business, and staying educated on Real Estate changes and trends. Her area of the expertise is condos. As a lover of the In-town vertical life, stick her in a condo and watch her smile. Her team of Realtors works with her clients to provide Ritz-Carlton level service.
Marketing & Operations
From creating Brokerage-wide systems and procedures to spearheading marketing campaigns, Ryann works hard and usually tackles tasks with a Diet Coke in hand. She is an Brookhaven native and has a degree from Auburn University. Outside of the office, Ryann can be found embracing her role as a dog-mom, volunteering as a Young Life leader and has never met a dance floor she didn't like.
Planner extraordinaire, Catherine is the go-to girl for events at Village Realty as well as the office cheerleader, lending a hand and providing back-up wherever she can. Catherine is an Atlanta native and graduate of the finest institution—the University of Georgia. Go Dawgs! After hours, Catherine is most likely attending barre class, drinking La Croix and going on walks with friends.
Lauren was born In-town and was raised in the suburbs of Atlanta with her three siblings. Her greatest passion is music and she spends most of her free time is spent with her husband in their home studio writing and recording music. In addition to handling our contract-to-close program, this Castleberry Hill resident is a full time student working towards a degree in Business Management.
Durantae is our charismatic number jumper from Ellenwood, GA. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Georgia State University and is currently working on his CPA. Durantae works to manage the books and finances for Village Realty and several Atlanta Venture startups. When not slinging lyrics or numbers, he can be found playing ping pong and laughing… usually at other people’s serves.
TRAINING and development
Hailing from Michigan, Norm leads training for the brokerage. With a background of nearly 20 years in sales and marketing, Norm is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others, and helping new agents succeed. Sharing knowledge, guiding, and helping others find solutions to the challenges faced in Real Estate is what drives Norm in his pursuit to make the world of Real Estate a better place.
David Lightburn has been a Realtor and broker for more than eight years, is licensed in ten states, and holds an appraiser’s license. When David founded Clickscape, he set out to build a better and more accurate real estate search engine. As President and Co-Founder of Atlanta Tech Village, David lives and breathes start-ups. His most important startups are his 3 kids, who are seeing some real traction lately. And chances are, he’s taller than you.
Walker grew up in nearby Marietta and graduated from the University of Georgia. As Community Manager, Walker attracts and retains talented Real Estate agents to join the Village Realty community through planning community building events, spearheading recruiting efforts, and maintaining an excellent workplace culture. He loves hiking, the Braves, and international food.
Meghan Holder is responsible for agent's successes, big and small. As the Agent Success Specialist, Meghan assists agents with a wide range of tasks, from accountability, to marketing and listing input. Meghan loves live music, weight lifting, is from Locust Grove and currently lives in Candler Park. Armed with a degree from Shorter University, Meghan's main goal is the happiness of our agents.
Chap, our lead developer and all around tech expert, is the man behind the standing desk of Clickscape. Chap graduated from Georgia Tech with Highest Honors with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. When he’s not saving the world of Real Estate one line of code at a time, Chap, who calls Atlanta's Southside home, enjoys photography, drinking coffee and hanging out with his dogs.
Atlanta native and KSU grad, Stephen heads up brokerage growth. Stephen has never tried a hot dog, although the rest of the Village Realty team would like to change that soon. His Yellow Lab, Callie, knows how to pray before meals and Stephen pays it forward every day with the business he runs with his brothers, GoSponsorIt. an online fundraising and donor management platform.
A proud Duke graduate and accomplished entrepreneur, David is the reason Atlanta Tech Village exists. After an extraordinary bootstrapped exit at Pardot, David invested in Atlanta and the startup community by purchasing our 100,000 square foot building and creating the vision for the Village. Addicted to startups, David is CEO of Atlanta Ventures and an avid investor – having invested in over 25 startups, including Village Realty. You also might have seen him in the news – it happens so often that ABC (Atlanta Business Chronicle) is now short for All ‘Bout Cummings.
